Manila Is Even More Fun for Every Juan!

Cebu Pacific Air

One of the hottest destinations of 2015* is now even more accessible as the largest carrier in the Philippines,Cebu Pacific Air (PSE:CEB), today increases flights between Sydney and Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Manila Terminal 3) to five times weekly.

CEB operates the most extensive network in the Philippines, which was recognised as one of the hottest destinations to explore next year. Lonely Planet* recently named the Philippines one of 2015's must visit destinations in their Best In Travel 2015 list; while Flight Centre** recently included Boracay on its list of 10 most popular hotspots for 2015.

“We are delighted to increase the route frequency, following the successful introduction of flights from Sydney to Manila last September,” said Alex Reyes, General Manager, Long-Haul Division for Cebu Pacific Air. “This demonstrates our ongoing commitment to make traveling to the Philippines accessible and affordable for Australian tourists.

“With our network and trademark low fares, it is now easier for Australians to discover one of the most sought out destinations of 2015 and experience all that the Philippines has to offer – from stunning beaches to great shopping, and delectable food to fun nightlife.”

To further stimulate travel to the Philippines, CEB holds a seat sale from Sydney to Manila until December 13, 2014 or until seats last. AU$249 seats are available for travel from January 1 to March 31, 2015, while AU$149 seats are available for travel from June 1 to September 30, 2015. Quoted fares are inclusive of fees and fuel surcharges, but are exclusive of travel products such as meals or baggage allowance.

In October, Cebu Pacific Air was named as the Asia-Pacific Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) of the Year during the CAPA Aviation Awards for Excellence in Singapore. The airline currently operates flights to 62 destinations on 90 routes spanning Asia, Australia and the Middle East, and the carrier's 52 aircraft comprises one of the most modern fleets in the world.
