Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong offers some of the city�s best viewpoints for the spectacular Lunar New Year fireworks display on 15 February. Both Man Wah and Pierre restaurant on the 25th floor offer diners celebratory menus and bird�s-eye views of the harbour, while M Bar, also on the top floor of the hotel, is set for a party atmosphere. The Clipper Lounge, always a popular choice for families, offers a sumptuous seafood dinner buffet, while those celebrating at home can order a tempting choice of gourmet delicacies available for home delivery from The Mandarin Cake Shop.

About the dining options on 15 February: Man Wah: the stunning Cantonese restaurant on the top floor of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong offers diners an eight-course celebratory menu. Alternatively, guests may order their own favourites from the � la carte menu with a minimum spend of HK$1,288 per person.
Pierre: diners at the one-Michelin-starred restaurant can opt for the incredible tasting menu by Chef Olivier Elzer, or order from the � la carte menu with a minimum spend of HK$1,488 per person.
The Clipper Lounge: beautifully decorated in keeping with the Lunar New Year theme, this is an excellent location for family celebrations. Diners can enjoy the festive buffet menu at HK$508 for adults and HK$298 for children.
