MALL OF AMERICA TO GIVE-AWAY SHOPPING SPREE TRIP FOR TWO GUESTS

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (June 9, 2013) -- Mall of America, the largest U.S. retail and entertainment complex, is giving away a shopping spree trip for two guests at IPW 2013.  All international tour operators and media are eligible to win by dropping off their business card at the Mall's booth 845 before Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.  The trip is valued at over $5,000 per guest.

 

Mall of America features 520 stores under one roof offering designer brands on clothing, shoes, jewelry, electronic, accessories and much more.   The Mall is located next to Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP) and is connected by convenient non-stop service (2.5 hour flight) from Las Vegas, host of 2013 International POW WOW.

 

"We are excited to offer this trip give-away to our international travel partners so they can experience the best shopping in the United States," said Doug Killian, the Mall's senior director of international tourism.  "We will invite the winners to visit Mall of America prior to IPW 2014 in Chicago which is only a 50-minute flight from Mall of America.  The Mall is located next to MSP Airport which offers convenient non-stop service from many international cities."  

 

The Mall of America shopping spree trip will include air fare, lodging at the new Radisson Blu Mall of America, $1,000 Mall gift card, dining and tours.  The Mall hosts 42 million visitors annually from around the world.  More people visit Mall of America than the combined populations of South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa and Canada.

 

In addition to world-class shopping, Mall of America is a top family travel destination and offers many attractions for hours of family fun.  Nickelodeon Universe, in the center of the Mall, is the largest U.S. indoor amusement park with 30 exciting rides.  The Mall also features a large aquarium, miniature golf, ropes climbing course, mirror maze, LEGO Imagination Center, 14 theatres, flight simulators and 50 restaurants.
