World-famous chef Stefano Manfredi will showcase an unforgettable three-course menu that is sure to please any punter. The three-course menu is $115 per person for a 1.00pm booking. BLACK BY EZARD

Get off to a great start on Melbourne Cup Day by enjoying a flute of NV Moët & Chandon on arrival at The Star's contemporary Australian grill, BLACK by ezard. One of Sydney's most stylish cocktail lounges, Cherry is going to be hard to beat on Melbourne Cup Day as its fabulous four-hour package is set to delight. Enjoy nine gourmet canapés, desserts and premium drinks including Chandon sparkling, North of South Sauvignon Blanc, Bossa Barossa Shiraz, tap beer and soft drinks.

Moët & Chandon is specially priced at $90.00. The Melbourne Cup Day package is $120 per person for four hours. Entry from 12.00pm, package available between 1.00pm – 5.00pm.

The lavish surrounds of award-winning venue Marquee Sydney provide the perfect setting for kicking off your race day shoes and partying from 5pm until late at the Moët & Chandon Melbourne Cup after-party. With the Marquee All Stars spinning great tracks, you'll want to hit the dance floor for a night to remember.

Rock Lily at The Star is turning up the heat for this year's Melbourne Cup festivities.
