On Thursday, December 7, NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong is pleased to present a Burgundy Wine Dinner with the acclaimed Maison Louis Jadot, showcasing four Chardonnays and two Pinot Noirs from Burgundy's sub-regions. The 8-course Omakase menu is HK$1,188+10% per person, with the wine pairing for an additional HK$400+10% additional per person.

Vice President of Louis Jadot, Thibault Gagey will introduce the wines and share their diverse characteristics and the unique matching with NOBU's innovative new-style Japanese cuisine.

The wine dinner will feature four Chardonnays and two Pinot Noirs from different sub-regions in Burgundy. The selected wines range from subtle with elegant structures to complex & with long finishes. Based on various wine characteristics, Executive Chef Sean Mell and Executive Sushi Chef Kazunari Araki have created an exclusive pairing menu to showcase the diversity of Nobu cuisine.

Louis Jadot winery was founded by Louis Henry Denis Jadot in 1859. The first vineyard bought by the Jadot family was the Beaune vineyard, Clos des Ursules, in 1826. Nowadays, the company produces and markets Burgundy wine; it operates both its own vineyards and buys grapes from other growers. It controls 270 hectares of vineyards in Burgundy and manages numerous well-known Burgundy vineyards such as the Beaune Vineyard and Clos des Ursules.  Louis Jadot also owns vineyards in the Mâconnais, Fuissé and Beaujolais regions.
