Created by Executive Chef � Chinese, Ricky Wu, the 8-course well-balanced Fall Skin Nourishing Menu is designed using food ingredients that carry the essentials towards perfect skin. 3 different fruits --- avocado, blueberries and pumpkin have been used in �Wok-fried wagyu beef cubes with avocado� and �Sauteed seasonal vegetables and blueberry in pumpkin soup� respectively as they are high in fiber, vitamin C and water. Chef Ricky also uses fish maw, an ingredient that is full of collagen, which helps to sustain elasticity of skin, in �Fish maw and sea whelk soup in coco de mer�. Other ingredients used include sea urchin (high in protein and vitamin A), maitake mushroom (antioxidant), jelly fish (anti-toxic), brown rice (rich in fiber) and glutinous rice (abundance in minerals). At HK$688* per person, the Fall Skin Nourishing Menu will be on offer from 5 Oct to 30 November 2009 inclusive at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant between 6:00pm and 10:30pm from Wednesday to Sunday.
