Main St Deli at The Langham, Hong Kong is famous for serving serious portion sized, all - American, food. 

This summer Main St. Deli has slimmed down its sizing's and created Hong Kong's most indulgent burger.  The aptly named 50/50 Indulgent Burger totals a mere 1lb in meat and is made up of the very finest ground Wagyu beef, 50%, mixed with the decadent ground Iberico pork, 50%, it comes served in a 8 inch homemade bun with fried pickles, jalapeño mayo, three cheeses, tomato-chili jam  and sautéed mushrooms.

For those who want to share this little bit of luxury - they can choose the

"Ultimate indulgent sharing platter" priced at HKD1188 this platter includes: one 50/50 Indulgent Burger, cheese fries, chilli con carne and one large jar of fabulous milkshake.

The 50/50 Indulgent Burger will be available from August 23 for both lunch and dinner.
