I hope all is well with you in these somewhat challenging times. For now, getting outdoors to exercise individually in the UK is still possible, although I'd like to add that we're not encouraging anyone to take to the hills right now. 

But we are hoping that once we are over the current restrictions, it will be possible to enjoy the great outdoors once again this summer - or at the very least, continue to get a walk or a run in everyday where possible.
