UNIQUE FEATURES
This is the ultimate Cotswold holiday house. Set in 85 acres of parkland it is a glamourous and imposing property ideal for entertaining family and friends or for hosting the perfect wedding. And the house is host to a unique collection of Contemporary British Art.

INSIDE
There is a very large drawing room, a separate sitting room and further television room study, a large dining room and a breakfast room that can comfortably seat up to 20 and a stunning fully equipped kitchen with full size AGA. The house comfortably sleeps up to 22 in 12 to 13 bedrooms and has nine bathrooms. In addition, the house has not only separate Table Tennis and full size Billiard Rooms but its own cellar Night Club with bar, DJ station, dance floor and two Club Rooms.

The Night Club can be accessed by the back staircase or from the gardens making it a great feature for wedding receptions and other celebrations with DJs and staff available for whatever occasion.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with essential luxuries such as fluffy towels, toiletries, hair dryers, and the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen.

THE GROUNDS
The house has beautiful, mature landscaped gardens and is furnished for al fresco dining or morning coffee and croissants. The heated swimming pool has a self-contained Pool House containing his and hers changing rooms and summer kitchen. The tennis court is all weather and the extensive grounds also have ponds, a small lake, a football pitch, grasslands and meadows

LOCATION
There is Golf at Bowood, Chippenham and Kingsdown, Water Sports at the Cotswold Water Park, Racing at Bath and Cheltenham and wonderful walks at Westonbirt Arboretum. Badminton Three-Day Event, the Kemble Air Show, Westonbirt Concerts, Gatcombe Park Horse Trials and polo at The Beaufort Polo Club are just a few of the many events taking place every year in and around the area.
