Le Cordon Bleu Australia is delighted to welcome you to Mad About Italy, our new specialty bread baking course offered in Adelaide.

Mad About Italy will introduce you to the secrets of making Italian specialty bread and delight your senses with classic and contemporary recipes. Create fresh bread doughs in traditional and specialty flavours - from classic dinner breads to sweet breakfast and dessert breads.

This 2-day practical workshop will reveal the techniques of all your Italian favourites, from the savoury (pizza dough, pane acido, focaccia, ciabatta); to the sweet (sfogliatelle, bombolini donuts, zeppole, cannoli and panettone). Take home your creations to share with friends and family, and a Le Cordon Bleu Certificate of Participation.
