(Macao - March 20, 2014) - Following last year's success, the Wine Society of Macau brought the second edition of the highly successful Wine and Dine Festival back to The Venetian Macao's outdoor lagoon area with a kick-off ceremony Thursday, launching a four-day celebration of food and wine against the backdrop of the spectacular integrated resort city offerings of Cotai Strip Resorts Macao.

The workshops for various levels of proficiency - from entry level to master classes, wine pairings, wine appreciation and winemaking techniques are all available for guests to experience. The Wine School offers courses such as wine tasting of wines from Italy, Spain, South Africa and Portugal, and knowledge of wine pairing with cuisines like Indian and Chinese.
