The Sarojin

Thailand's luxurious 56-roomed boutique residence, The Sarojin, has launched a brand new 'Spring Escape' package for couples this April. What's more, with Easter and the Thai New Year celebration Songkran both falling within days of each other this year, guests at the resort can enjoy double the celebration during their stay.

From just THB 78,754 (Approx. £1,899) two people can enjoy a 7-night break in a Garden Residence alongside a 90-minute spa massage each, Sea Adventures snorkelling excursion, 'Just for Two' Private Dining Experience on the beach, all day a la carte breakfast served until 6pm with sparkling wine and private transfers to/from Phuket International Airport.

Couples can begin their stay with a relaxing 90-minute spa massage each at The Sarojin's Pathways Spa. A secluded haven surrounded by coconut groves and lush greenery, guests can enjoy a Thai or Aroma massage in one of the spa's open-air treatment pavilions while taking in the sounds and smells of the natural surroundings.

As part of the package, couples can also enjoy a Sea Adventures excursion to the Surin Islands National Park aboard the Lady Sarojin. Ideal for budding snorkellers and just one hour by boat from Khao Lak, here the crystal-clear waters around the islands are brimming with marine life and colourful coral reefs to explore. The excursion includes a delicious lunch of The Sarojin's Michelin Guide* featured cuisine and three snorkelling sessions at various locations around the National Park.

Back on land, couples can indulge in a 'Just for Two' Private Dining Experience on The Sarojin's stunning 11k stretch of secluded white sand beach. Intimate romance is guaranteed as guests are treated to their very own beach BBQ while admiring the picturesque sunset over the sea. As night falls, the beach is illuminated by candles so guests can sit back and relax under the moonlight.

Back at the resort there's plenty more to experience with a whole host of additional complimentary activities. Mountain bikes are available complimentary to hire for those wanting to venture out into the local area on two wheels and sailing catamarans, sail boats, sea kayaks and windsurfing boards are also free for guests to use. For avid readers, the resort has a complimentary Press Reader app and high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout its grounds, allowing guests to browse at their leisure.

Alongside Easter activities at the resort this April The Sarojin will be celebrating Songkran, which marks the start of the Thai New Year and is a national holiday across the region. Festivities are held in many parts of the country, often involving large-scale water fights that symbolise the washing away of one's sins and bad luck. This year, Songkran will take place between 13th and 15th April and to mark the occasion The Sarojin is inviting guests to join them for blessings from local Buddhist monks, a pool-side BBQ and of course a water fight in the resort's grounds.

The 'Spring Escape' package is based on two adults sharing a Garden Residence in April 2020. Prices vary depending on date of stay.

About The Sarojin

The Sarojin is beautifully set on an 11km stretch of secluded white sand beach in Khao Lak, just a 55-minute drive north of Phuket Airport, and is surrounded by five spectacular national parks and the world-famous dive sites of the Similan and Surin Islands. Designed in a contemporary Asian style, the five-star resort's 56 deluxe residences are nestled within ten acres of tropical grounds leading directly onto the beachfront. Each guest room features its own private garden and “sala” sundeck, couples' baths with waterfall showers, and plunge and relaxation pools that blend into the natural habitat. Other facilities include an attentive “Imagineer” who can create tailor-made experiences for hotel guests and complimentary use of a fully equipped fitness centre, mountain bikes, sailing catamarans, sail boats, sea kayaks and windsurfing boards. Tranquility is guaranteed as no children under the age of 10 are permitted to stay at The Sarojin.

The Sarojin has been recognised for its fine dining offering by The MICHELIN Guide Bangkok, Phuket, and Phang-nga 2020*. The highly-regarded restaurant guide honours those that consistently provide diners with high quality products, a 'mastery of flavour and cooking techniques' and value for money, as well as demonstrating the chef's personality within the cuisine.

The Sarojin was voted second in Conde Nast Traveller's Top 20 Resorts in Thailand: Readers' Choice Awards 2019.

The Sarojin Community Care Fund*

Established in December 2004 The Sarojin Community Care Fund, which was initially set up to help rebuild the communities surrounding our resort in the wake of the devastating Boxing Day tsunami, continues to contribute to a number of worthy local projects in Khao Lak. From providing medical provision for prosthetic limbs and supporting local orphanages with childcare, to building school classrooms, roads and covering the cost of a full-time veterinary surgeon to care for the local wildlife, there's such a huge variety of ways our fund gives back to those closest to us. Guests are encouraged to donate to the fund during their stay, with 100% of the money raised distributed to local community projects.
