Travel advisors keen to expand their knowledge and increase their key contacts should mark 6-9 September in their diaries for the southern hemisphere's leading luxury and experiential travel exhibition, Luxperience. The Sydney-based Luxperience has launched its 2015 Familiarisation Program for global buyers. Interested buyers should register immediately to secure a place on its limited entry familiarisation tours of New Zealand.
Jointly hosted by Tourism New Zealand and Air New Zealand, four tour options are on offer to showcase New Zealand's stunning locations and amazing encounters during each four-night itinerary. It will enable the hosted buyers to foster relationships with the key operators and world renowned accommodation used during the tours prior to the Luxperience exhibition.
The tours all depart Sydney, prior to Luxperience, on 02 September with options to explore: Hawkes Bay, Taupo and Rotorua on the North Island; the Central Otago district or the Canterbury region on the South Island; or the New Zealand capital, Wellington, combined with the Nelson/Marlborough area. Each itinerary will gather together on the last night in vibrant Auckland, where all participants will experience an amazing farewell dinner before heading to Sydney in time for Luxperience's Welcome Reception and Thought Leaders Program on 06 September 2015.

Itinerary options:
All tours are four nights in duration, leaving from Sydney on Wednesday 02 September and returning to Sydney on Sunday 06 September.
The Volcanic Heart of the North Island itinerary starts in the Hawkes Bay region, renowned for its wines, golf and art-deco architecture. The tour continues through spectacular scenery to Taupo, where the action includes a helicopter ride to White Island, a walk to the edge of an active volcano and fishing on one of the many lakes in the region. The next night will be at Rotorua, world famous for its therapeutic sulphur springs before heading to Middle Earth. A visit New Zealand is not be complete without discovering Middle Earth and enchanting Hobbiton, the original film set of the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit movie trilogies, before heading to Auckland.
The Southern Lakes tour will start in New Zealand's playground, Queenstown. The region is known for its vast ski fields during winter but it is an ideal summer destination with exceptional food and wine experiences. The adventure begins with a helicopter day trip over the majestic Fiordland region to Milford Sound. Another day, another high country experience: with a 4WD safari through the celebrated Central Otago vineyards ending with a night in Wanaka before flying to Auckland for the last night of the tour.
The Southern Alps journey has participants arriving in Christchurch, the capital of the Canterbury region, and home for a night. Time will be spent experiencing a high country estate, a helicopter tour over the Southern Alps and an exhilarating jetboat ride before heading to the marine life rich region of Kaikoura via one New Zealand's most remarkable drives. Before heading to Auckland for the last night, the day will be spent whale watching in these pristine waters.
The South, the Middle and the North itinerary starts in Nelson where participants enjoy a breath-taking aerial view of the Abel Tasman National Park before arriving in Marlborough Sounds for a night. This area is known for the outdoor experiences in jaw dropping scenery and for the wine it produces. The next night will be spent in New Zealand's capital, Wellington – a truly trendsetting city in an awesome location with mouth-watering dining opportunities. The last night of the itinerary will be spent in New Zealand's most populous city, Auckland.
