This September, Luke Mangan has launched Sydney's newest bottomless brunch onto the CBD food scene with a bang at glass Brasserie in Hilton Sydney; Sunday Brunch With Luke.
The restaurateurs flagship brasserie in the heart of the CBD will be flinging open its doors to welcome in Sydney-siders on Sunday's for bottomless brunch. An original five-course sharing menu has been curated, accompanied by bottomless Aperol Spritz and French Rosé.
Luke Mangan says: “The new Sunday Brunch at glass has been thoughtfully designed by myself and my team to be both fun-filled, and relaxed. To me, in world where we are all too busy, there's no better way than putting food in the middle of the table to help us connect with each other and the incredible Australian produce you can experience right here in the heart of Sydney's CBD .”

- $75 per person for two-hour seating
