On Wednesday, March 21, InterContinental Hong Kong's 2-Michelin star/Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Cantonese restaurant Yan Toh Heen presents a Tuscan Wine Dinner with the LUCE Estate in Montalcino, Italy. The dinner includes a 6-course menu paired with 3 red and 2 white wines (at HK$1,488 + 10% service per person). Ms Erika Ribaldi, LUCE's Asia Export Manager, will be at Yan Toh Heen to introduce the LUCE Estate wines.

About Luce Estate in Montalcino, Italy

The Luce Estate was founded in 1995 through collaboration between Vittorio Frescobaldi and Robert Mondavi. It brought about a new chapter in the history of great Tuscan wines.  Luce is a unique expression of Tuscany, with grapes from vineyards with some of the best growing conditions in this wine region. This is the first wine produced in Montalcino by blending the roundness and suppleness of Merlot with the structure and elegance of Sangiovese.
