Stuart Cordner, Chairman of Love Loch Lomond, said: “The Love Loch Lomond area in autumn is perfect for capitalising on VisitScotland’s Year of Natural Scotland campaign. We are working hard to show visitors the amazing places, activities and experiences we have to offer. We welcome this additional funding as it will enable us to work with local business to promote our area in key priority markets in Scotland, the North East of England and the Midlands.”

The organisation are building on the success of their spring into summer campaign and the autumn activity includes the launch of a series of high quality video films showcasing the area, extensive online and press advertising coverage, travel press trips to the area, holiday competitions, as well as maximising the growing tourism potential from social media.

Love Loch Lomond is a consortium of over 100 tourism businesses representing the interests of tourism businesses by lobbying a range of local and national bodies on issues which impact on the tourism infrastructure and future tourism growth prospects of this key tourism area.
