The $98 Surf-n-Turf Express Lunch presents two fine first courses to choose from – salad or soup.  The choice in main course is equally heartening – either “Surf” with a gracious portion of seafood such as scallops, mullets, or salmon, or “Turf” with a succulent cut of meat. For those who want to experience the best of both worlds, a combo dish of Surf and Turf is available at $118. Both options of the Surf-n-Turf Express Lunch will end on a sweet note with Supergiant's signature desserts, complete with the choice of coffee or tea.

 

Bar Bites Express Lunch

At the tempting price of $148, diners could indulge in a taste of Supergiant's tapas dinner experience by choosing 2 items from the extensive Bar Bites Menu, finishing on a high note of a special Supergiant dessert with coffee or tea. This is the best value option to try out Supergiant's signature tapas – including one-of-a-kind Duck Habana Cilindro (giant duck confit spring roll “lit” by chilies), Iberico Pork Sliders, Lobster Croquetas (we only use Boston lobsters), Mad Platter (premium cured Spanish Serrano ham), Saturn's Rings (crispy calamari & onion rings in black squid yuzu sauce and white dill mayonnaise), and other choices that tantalize your taste buds.

About Chef Guillermo Delavault

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Chef Guillermo Delavault discovered the pleasure of eating as a child and went onto Barcelona to study at the renowned Escola de Restauració i Hostalatge de Barcelona. Following his education, Chef Delavault further developed his culinary skills in Spain and worked at some of the top hotels and restaurants in the industry, including Two-Michelin Star Restaurant Enoteca, Three-Michelin Star El Celler de Can Roca, and latterly Two-Michelin Star Hibiscus Restaurant in London. Chef Delavault now heads up Supergiant Tapas & Cocktail Bar at Mira Moon Hotel bringing delicious Spanish tapas to Hong Kong.
