Warner Bros. Movie World's Looney Tunes Village is a whole new world of cartoon fun with themed rides, live stage shows and colourful Looney Tunes characters.
Opened in December 1997, Looney Tunes Village is home to the much loved Looney Tunes characters like Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tweety, Sylvester, Wile E. Coyote, Foghorn Leghorn and Marvin the Martian.
Everyone's favourite cartoon characters come to life at Looney Tunes Village where children of all ages can become part of the colour and magic of Looney Tunes life.
Six colourful rides, each with its own unique Looney Tunes theme, are the focus of activity in the Village. Four of the rides are specifically designed to accommodate parents riding with their children to reassure even the littlest guest.
Just like stepping into a cartoon, children of all ages can board the 'Looney Tooter' at the Yosemite Sam Railroad. The train journey winds its way along an 80 metre track past a stunning rock carving of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Yosemite Sam, aptly titled 'Mt Bugsmore'!
It's a bird's eye view all the way on the Tweety & Sylvester Carousel which features oversize yellow bird cages to perch in as they rotate around, up and down. Marvin the Martian's Rocket, dubbed the Martian Maggot, blasts off for more high-flying fun, rising almost 4.5 metres above Earth for a great aerial view of Looney Tunes Village.
Little riders take control in Taz's Hollywood Cars which boasts 11 child-sized bumper cars with viewing areas for parents right next to the track. The kids are also at the wheel of the Road Runner Ride's kiddie cars, steering their way around a desert track. Finally, the entertaining Looney Tunes River Ride takes guests of all ages on a journey to find that wascally wabbit Bugs Bunny, who has a few watery surprises in store.
The Looney Tunes Stage is also full of surprises with the vibrant stage show, Looney Tunes 2000, currently in season.
The song and dance spectacular features music and fashions from the seventies right through to today with hits including the Bee Gees Staying Alive, Wake Me Up Before You Go Go by Wham! and If Ya Getting Down by Five.
A themed eatery, Yosemite Sam's Carrot Patch, toy store and nearby balloon and magic shop complete the Looney Tunes Village appeal.
