'Once Upon a Suite Time' will give the host some serious street cred as guests experience a four-course plated menu and three-hour beverage package with a fully stocked bar and Spritz cocktail on arrival. Bonus points are given to those who add on the 'Spritz Cart' complete with three spirits to spike your spritz topped with prosecco and garnishes.

Panoramic views will be the backdrop of every photo, where guests can sit back and soak in the sunshine state of mind during the day or the dazzling lights of BrisVegas by night. At 200sqms, this suite is the epitome of over-the-top luxury with sleek black floors and mirrored ceilings, making for one epic dining space. Layers of bright graphics and patterns pop throughout the suite giving your penthouse party that extra edge.

Turn it up and set the scene as you sync your own tunes to the Bang & Olufsen entertainment system. If live beats are your vibe, go all out with the W DJ booth with your own personal DJ to amp up the volume bringing life to your lunch. Or mix it up with a live musician for those laidback, chilled feels over dinner as you take in the skyline and ultra-luxe surrounds.   

The carefully curated new menu starts you off with your choice from four options including fresh king prawns on a bed of squid ink couscous, lemon pepper pearls, orange and a cucumber lemon dressing or try the prosciutto and melon served with grissini, mint and caramel feta.  The next course does not disappoint with highlights including a 12-hour slow cooked lamb shoulder ragout pappardelle or Moreton Bay bugs served with fermented chilli dressing and crispy bread.

If that's not enough to cure those cravings and get your mouth watering, the main course may leave you with food envy as you decide between four culinary delights from a salt bush and herb crusted lamb rack to the king salmon. Sweeten things up to finish with chocolate raspberry tart, passionfruit cheesecake or chocolate peanut gateaux.
