10am to 10pm Saturday, 21st November 2009 to Sunday, 3rd January 2010 Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, London�s largest and most dazzling winter event returns to the heart of the Capital for six whole weeks of festive fun. With no admission fee, Winter Wonderland offers the best Christmas day-out in the UK, with beautifully themed attractions set out under thousands of twinkly lights.

With over 1.5 million visitors to date, Winter Wonderland 2009 introduces even more rides, attractions & games never before seen in the UK, across 20 acres of Hyde Park�s historic parkland. The event features the Largest Outdoor Ice Rink in Central London and the iconic 95.8 Capital FM�s Giant Wheel with 40 heated pods offering truly spectacular views across the city. Winter Wonderland also boasts the most atmospheric German Christmas Market in the country, with over 60 individual Tyrolean-style chalets selling unique & quirky gifts. New for 2009, visitors can enjoy Zippo�s Christmas Circus in its very own heated big-top with a 45 minute show especially created for Winter Wonderland, at 7pm the big-top magically transforms into a �Palace of Illusions�. Other new additions include the 66m Power Tower (not advised for those with a fear of heights!), a massive new Rollercoaster, the Black Hole ride which twists and turns at breakneck speed in the pitch dark, a dinosaur inspired Ice Monster to experience from the inside out and much, more� Our free Father Christmas which Time Out named �Best Outdoor Experience� will be welcoming children with a surprise gift and this year he resides in his very own Santa�s Village.
