The London Chef is owned and operator by Chef Daniel Hayes. A charismatic Brit, Dan has opened the cooking school with his wife, Micayla; a Victoria local. Dan personally leads all cooking classes which range from kids, singles, couples and custom groups to gourmet boot camps and noon hour 'lunch and learn's.'
The stunning, classic decor of the teaching kitchen offers an ideal environment for group cooking with each student enjoying their own cooking station, designed to feel like cooking at home. Class topics range from Bread & Butter to Secrets of Vancouver Island Seafood to just about every culinary region of the world.
Beyond cooking classes, The London Chef also offers a variety of planned dining events including feasts, tasting menus and communal restaurant dining. The London Chef also offers a take away café and pantry featuring local fare and products.
