Loch Melfort Hotel enjoyed a successful night at The Scottish Hotel Awards this week, winning the coveted 'Independent Hotelier of The Year' award as well as being highly commended as a pet friendly hotel.
It is the second time the hotel has won the Independent Hotelier award, having also triumphed in 2013. Owners Calum and Rachel Ross said “We are honoured and humbled to have won this prestigious award again. It is a true reflection of the attitude, commitment, dedication and hard work of every member of our team. It also recognises our wonderful guests who have helped shape what we do here at Loch Melfort Hotel, and their influence on how we have developed the business over the years. We are proud to be a part of the dynamic Scottish Tourism sector and are grateful for all the support we have received from our industry colleagues and friends”.
Nestled amongst 17 acres of gardens and beach on the West coast of Scotland in Argyll, Loch Melfort is a family-run, 4-star country house. The hotel offers both a relaxed dog-friendly bistro and a fine dining restaurant, alongside sea-view bedrooms and excellent Scottish hospitality.
