 Lightstone's Pioneering Development Enabled Moxy Hotels' Debut in the U.S.

NEW YORK, NY (March 14, 2017) – Lightstone, one of the most highly-regarded and diversified private real estate companies in the US, has jointly named The Brandman Agency and LFB Media Group as the agencies of record for Moxy Times Square.  With smart design, playful social spaces and a star team of collaborators, including Yabu Pushelberg and Tao Group, Moxy Times Square is set to emerge this summer as New York City's most exciting lifestyle hotel experience.

The Brandman Agency will handle Moxy Times Square's global strategy and media relations across travel, design/interiors, hotel trade and business media. LFB Media Group will manage lifestyle-driven media relations and marketing strategies, including partnerships, events, programming, and influencer engagement. The respective teams will implement a highly-targeted communications campaign that leverages Moxy Hotel's unique brand attributes to build awareness and excitement around the forthcoming launch of the first New York City Moxy property.
