What do you get when you 'blend' legendary, special release whiskies with one of Sydney's most legendary bars? An, exclusive, rare whiskey journey like no other. Zephyr can reveal for a limited time only, the popular Darling Harbour rooftop bar will transform into a whiskey lover's paradise with the showcase of the hotly anticipated LEGENDS UNTOLD collection. The collaboration will kick off with a one-off event that will reveal the secrets of remote and wild Scottish distilleries that feature in the LEGENDS UNTOLD collection as well as the striking artwork behind the mythical and impressive labels.

Discover this Special Release collection, that saw Master Blender Dr Craig Wilson rove free through unparalleled stocks and set his imagination free, pushing the boundaries of flavour through unique cask finishes and remarkable mastery. Each of the Single Malt Scotch Whiskies in the collection expresses an individual character, inspired by the mythical creatures that inhabit the lands around each Scottish distillery. From the hidden depths of the seas to the highest peaks, each corner of the Scottish terrain has been captured in whiskies that come to life on the lips and spark wild imaginations.

 The LEGENDS UNTOLD cask strength collection of eight Single Malt Scotch Whiskies includes one-of-a-kind bottlings from Mortlach, The Singleton of Dufftown,  Talisker, Lagavulin, Cardhu, Oban, and for the first time in over a decade, the return of Royal Lochnagar and will be showcased at this exclusive event and will be available on the Zephyr menu until the casks run dry.   

LEGENDS UNTOLD WHISKEY EXPERIENCE AT ZEPHYR

 A delight for whiskey aficionados, Zephyr and LEGENDS UNTOLD invite guests to experience an Exclusive Whiskey Journey on Thursday 4 August at 6.30pm. Hosted by Diageo Brand Ambassador, Katie Nagar, for $120pp, guests will sip rare whiskey flights, limited edition Zephyr x LEGENDS UNTOLD cocktails and a food menu of seasonal winter warming delights.
