International Currency Exchange (ICE) collects left over currency at branches for Help the Aged

Leading foreign exchange specialist, International Currency Exchange (ICE), is supporting a Help the Aged drive to collect left over foreign currency which is then converted to go towards the Charity�s isolation services. Championed by Noel Edmonds� Sky TV show, �Noel�s HQ�, the Help the Aged drive aims to fund a wide range of services for older people including transport through the SeniorMobility service and the immediate telephone response SeniorLink alarm service.

Holidaymakers and business travellers with left over currency after trips abroad can go into any of the 50 ICE branches throughout the UK to donate their spare change. Dedicated Help the Aged goblets have been set up in each branch to support the campaign and bring vital support to disadvantaged older people.

�Anyone who�s been on holiday shouldn�t let those old foreign coins gather dust in the bottom of a drawer� confirmed Andrew Hamilton, Head of Marketing for International Currency Exchange. �Instead they can drop them in at their local ICE branch and they will be donated to Help the Aged. �We are delighted to support Help the Aged services, also being championed by Noel�s HQ. Help the Aged makes great strides in freeing older people from poverty and neglect and by donating those last few coins at the end of a foreign trip, everyone can do their bit to help.�

ICE will take notes and coins of any currency, including old European currency that is no longer valid. The Help the Aged collection goblets will be in branches all year round, ensuring everyone has a chance to donate.
