Starting with a tour of Adelaide's famous central markets, you will learn how to source the finest seasonal South Australian produce straight from the experts. In the Master class, Chef Tony will demonstrate how to prepare 5-star quality dishes using fresh ingredients purchased at the market. Relax and enjoy the fruits of your labour over lunch, paired with some award winning South Australian wine

Class sessions run for approximately 4 hours, commencing at 10am meeting in the lobby of InterContinental Adelaide. The Master class includes hands on instructions and lunch with matched wines for $95 per person.

• Saturday 24th May - Homemade Pasta - Making pasta from scratch.  Learn how to hand make pasta and what sauces are best matched with what shapes.
• Saturday 28th June - Seafood Masterclass - Learn how to recognise the best quality fish and seafood and how to prepare.
• Saturday 26th July - Embrace the Superfood Craze - Ancient grains, bush tucker and berries!  Their uses and nutritional values.
• Saturday 30th August - Sushi and Sashimi - A 'How To' with Shiki Chef de Cuisine Kenny Trinh.
• Saturday 27th September - The great Aussie Barbeque - quick tasty and fun recipes for the summer season.
• Saturday 25th October - Regional South Australian Products - The best of our states regions complete with a meet and greet of the suppliers.
• Saturday 29th November - Christmas Baking - Stollen and Bûche de Noël with our sensational pastry Chef Tony Lau
