Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau

The Pocono Mountains Vacation Bureau, Inc. would like to announce that 800poconos.com now hosts a link to the live web cams featured on the state of Pennsylvanias web site fallinpa.com, where visitors can view the brilliant fall foliage from Big Pocono State Park. Big Pocono State Parks Fire Tower is one of seven locations chosen throughout the state to host a live web cam.

We hope that the views from these live cams will encourage visitors to come to the Pocono Mountains and personally experience the beauties of autumn in our four-county region, said Robert Uguccioni, Executive Director of the Pocono Mountains Vacation Bureau, Inc.

The Pocono Mountains Vacation Bureau, Inc. recently launched its 24-hour fall foliage hotline, which tells leaf peepers exactly when and where to catch peak foliage colors throughout the four-county region. The hotline number is 570-421-5565, or visitors can go online to 800poconos.com, and click on Fall Foliage Report through November 2, 2004 for information on the changing leaves. This web site also utilizes new LivePerson technology, providing visitors real-time support as they research the Pocono Mountains. Agents are available to answer queries from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Comprehensive Pocono Mountains visitor information is available online at 800poconos.com or by phone at 800-POCONOS (800-762-6667).
