Trevornick Holiday Park

With kids on their way back to school and warm weather forecast it's a perfect time to enjoy a relaxing five-star break in the heart of 'Poldark' Cornwall.

Five-star Trevornick Holiday Park near Newquay, which overlooks spectacular Holywell Bay, has got a selection of great deals throughout September and October.

The picturesque bay, with its iconic twin-peaked Gull Rocks, is a familiar sight to fans of the hit BBC One historic series. It's been the venue for meetings between Ross, Demelza and George Warleggan and the setting for horseback races between Dwight and Caroline.

It's the first time the park's stayed open through September and it provides the perfect venue to explore Cornwall's famously dramatic coastline and beautiful beaches away from the summer crowds.

As well as a large range of camping and touring options there's also 26 top-of-the-range static caravans to choose from.

Among the deals on offer are weekend stays in a static caravan starts from £215 (Fri-Mon) or a midweek stay from £199 for four people. Luxury caravans that sleep six, and dog friendly ones, are also available.

The holiday park offers laidback family camping, caravanning and touring. Five star facilities include an outdoor swimming pool (closes end Sept), warmed to a relaxing 31 degrees, the site-wide wi-fi and doggy day care.

There's also an onsite grocery and hire shop, restaurant and bar and a takeaway (check opening times on site), modern shower blocks and family bathrooms, all designed to make life that little bit easier after fun-packed days at the beach.

October Half Term Breaks are also still available with the cost of a week's camping for a family of four from just £129 (20th – 26th Oct).
