Darwin and The Penthouse are available for the first time this year following a £2.5 million new build and are packed with environmental design features. The Penthouse is light and airy and has three bedrooms. A large outside balcony runs the length of the building with views of Tristram Cliffs in Polzeath and Pentire Head, ideal for alfresco dining.

7 nights - £975 reduced to £850, saving £125 (13%)

4 nights - £710 reduced to £570, saving £140 (20%)

The properties are adjacent which gives big parties the option of hiring them together, collectively sleeping up to 16 people. This tariff includes services to the property (WiFi included); cleaning either side of guests’ stay; bedlinen and towels (all beds made up ahead of arrival).
