5000 mountain bikers will enjoy the Roc des Alpes La Clusaz, an intense experience in the heart of the Massif des Aravis. Each competitor will find something to meet their needs, whatever their level or training (touring, cross country, enduro, downhill). This year's Tour de France passes through the centre of La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and St Jean de Sixt on Saturday 23rd July 2016.

1000m Vertical Challenge with the French Championship held on 16 July. A challenging run on the Col de Merdassier. Fabulous views of the Manigod Valley, if you can breathe when you reach the top!
For Families : Aravis and Co 18-22 July 2016
'The Family Festival in the Mountain' - Over five days, these four villages in the Aravis become an unusual playground with four main themes : Cycle in La Clusaz, Ropes in Grand-Bornand, In Nature in Manigod and Air in Saint-Jean-de Sixt. Le Grand-Bornand is home of Reblochon Cheese. Each week, one of its fifty active farms opens its doors to the public. The opportunity to see the different stages of manufacturing Reblochon, an AOP labelled cheese iconic to the Aravis. Chalet de Paccaly
At 1500m, Chalet de Paccaly is at the foot of one of the most majestic peaks of the Aravis range. This beautiful spot is run by Greg and Astrid, ski patroller and mountain guide.
