La Manga Club Lines Up Eclectic Summer Feast Of Entertainment

La Manga Club

Not content with providing the season's most engaging sports activity programmes, the five-star La Manga Club resort in Murcia, Spain, has unveiled a host of new summer dining and entertainment offerings.

Guests can dance the night away al fresco at new White Night beach and Oasis pool parties, experience new tastes of Spain with Flamenco nights and will be the only ones in this corner of Spain to sample Moet & Chandon's new Ice Imperial champagne on the rocks.

Running every Friday from July 19 to August 23, the adults-only pool parties will feature DJs, dancing, cocktails, cava and barbecue, surrounded by the stunning Oasis pool, while children will have their own party laid on at the adjacent Junior Club.

Also new is an opportunity to experience the spirit of Ibiza at two White Night evenings with moonlit beach dinner parties at the resort's own Mediterranean cove with live cooking stations, cocktails, and chill-out DJ sets. The evenings are set for July 24 and August 21, and cost €75 for adults (€25 for children under 13) including a buffet dinner, wine and soft drinks.

Adding to La Manga Club's already extensive list of eateries is the newly-opened La Princesa restaurant, which promises a taste of Spain with tapas, succulent hams and meats cooked on the stone. The restaurant will also be hosting live Flamenco nights on the terrace every Friday between July 26 and August 23.

Re-opening for summer is the ultra-chic Dharma Bar. Offering authentic tastes of Indian cuisine in a superb rooftop setting overlooking the entire resort, the restaurant will be open on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, from July 25 to August 24.

Elsewhere, there is entertainment galore at the Hotel Principe Felipe's famous Piano Bar with live music seven nights a week, a range of party nights at Mulligan's bar and family fun evenings at Luigi's Italian restaurant and Uncle Sam's diner.

La Manga Club boasts unrivalled facilities as a sport and leisure venue including three 18-hole championship golf courses, a 28-court tennis centre and a 2,000sqm spa and fitness centre. There is a wide range of sporting academies for all ages this summer, including Real Madrid football camps.

Visitors can stay in a choice of the resort's four-star Las Lomas self-catering apartments or five-star Principe Felipe Hotel with a seven-night stay for a family of four available from just €1,148.

In total, La Manga Club offers more than 20 bars and restaurants and its own Mediterranean cove beach.
