Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong launches the Tour of Italy, a series of cooking classes covering diversified culinary regions of the whole country under the tutelage of Angelini�s Chef Vittorio Lucariello. The hotel�s food and beverage division is bringing back the classes to satisfy the immense interest received from those who attended the previous series. The series will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and run every last Saturday of the month from February to December 2009.

The price of each cooking class is only HK$818 plus 10 per cent service charge per person. The fee includes lunch at Angelini and one glass of wine. For enrolment in three classes, participants get the fourth class free.
