As Mother�s Day is the perfect time to show appreciation to mothers and pamper them for their years of love, the hotel has prepared special menus in all its restaurants for the whole family to enjoy.

Angelini restaurant commands sweeping harbour views and offers guests a warm inviting ambience. The restaurant presents a four-course set dinner menu prepared by Chef Vittorio Lucariello, which is available on 10 May 2009 and priced at HK$680 per person. The set features Slow-cooked Tender Salmon with Capers and Taggiasche Olive Sauce; Home-made Chitarra-shaped Spaghetti with Red Onion, Cherry Tomato and Burrata Cheese; a main course of either Grilled Seabass with Artichoke, Fennel and Fresh Orange Salad or Roasted Milk Fed Veal Tenderloin with Green Pea Pur�e and Walnut Sauce; and ends on a sweet note with Mama�s Mini Sponge Cake with Custard Cream and Pineapple. Shang Palace presents special lunch and dinner set menus created by Chef Ip, to make this Mother�s Day a memorable one for guests. The set menus are only available on 10 May 2009. Featuring Cantonese specialties, the lunch sets are available at HK$220 and HK$280 per person, while the dinner sets are available at HK$468 and HK$668 per person. The highlights of the menu include Braised Shark�s Fin with Lobster and Seafood in Fish Soup; Winter Melon Broth with Conpoy and Fresh Crabmeat; Scallop Broth with Sea Cucumber; and Steamed Fresh Coral Trout.
