Chef Min-Ku, who oversees the cooking of traditional Hansik cuisine in the kitchens of Park Hyatt Busan, devotes his passion and continuous efforts to creating diverse and delicate range of Korean dishes that are well-balanced both in taste and nutrition.

Meet at mezza9 with your family and friends and choose from the variety of side dishes which will be featured in the Korean special menu including Dong Rae Haemul Pajeon (Seafood, Spring Onion Pancake), Assorted Namul (Seasoned Vegetables) Plate with tasty servings of Kimchi, and Gungjung-Topokki (Royal Court Style Stir-Fried Rice Cake, Beef, Vegetables). 

Expect other Korean favourites such as Kalbi Gui (Grilled marinaded beef short ribs, farmed pine mushrooms, Korean chive salad, chilli sauce), Haemultang (Korean Hot Seafood Soup With Assorted Seafood, Crown Daisy, Turnip, Tofu, Chilli Powder) and Mero Gui (Chilli Paste Marinated Cod Fish, Korean Chive Salad).
