New Zealand travellers to Queensland have taken to Brisbane�s new Airtrain service in a big way, becoming the single biggest market for the service since it opened a year ago.

Marketing Manager Greg Hand, who recently returned from a New Zealand sales tour, said Kiwis had quickly adopted Airtrain as the best way to transfer to the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

�I was pleased to see such a high recognition among agents and wholesalers of the Airtrain service after only a year of operation, and it was especially heartening to hear that our simple message of providing the most convenient, reliable and competitive airport transfer service is cutting through in such great numbers,� said Mr Hand.

�As we move into the peak time for New Zealanders coming to the Gold Coast, we have recorded an immediate two-fold increase in bookings over the last two months, and in cash terms alone, New Zealand has in fact become our single biggest market.
