Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Introduce #AdoreThySelfie Year - Use A Kimpton Selfie Stick For A Chance To Win Your Own

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants has jumped on the 'selfie' travel trend, offering its guests complimentary use of selfie sticks during their stay at all 64 Kimpton properties. 

The selfie stick is the new must-have item allowing travellers to capture their memorable holiday moments while shooting wider angles and fitting more friends and family members in one shot. The San Francisco-based boutique hotel chain will have a number of selfie sticks stored at the front desk of each property for guests to try out either at a Kimpton spot or with the city's famous sights in the background. A '5 Ways to Step Up Your Selfie' handout will also be available, listing quick tips by professional Kimpton photographers and friends on how to take the perfect selfie. 

Kimpton is also offering guests who borrow the selfie stick during their stay the chance to win a prize pack which includes a £100 Kimpton gift card and a selfie stick, while the winning shots will be shared across Kimpton's website and social media platforms. Guests can enter by sharing the competition selfies on Instagram or Twitter using #AdoreThySelfie. 

Competition winners will be selected on a monthly basis, leading to a year-end competition where the 11 winners will be entered to win the grand prize, a two-night stay at the Kimpton hotel of their choice.
