True to its ethos that heartfelt human connections make people's lives better, and inspired by a renewed interest in the 80s world of 'Voguing', boutique luxury hotel brand Kimpton® Hotels & Restaurants has partnered with House of VOGA to offer exclusive VOGA classes rounded off with a healthy social hour at Kimpton hotels across the UK & The Netherlands.
Inspired by International Yoga Day at the end of June, the events will be held in the stunning surroundings of Kimpton® Hotels & Restaurants in London, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Amsterdam. The partnership reflects Kimpton's love to create one-of-a-kind experiences designed to bring people together and foster genuine, heartfelt human connections.
Tickets to the events include an hour of high-energy VOGA performed to a live DJ set of 80's classic beats, followed by refreshments in true Kimpton style at social hour, a daily gathering for guests to connect and relax together at the end of the day. Prefer to stretch in private? Kimpton also provides yoga mats free of charge in rooms at all hotels.
Offering attendees a unique twist on traditional yoga this July, VOGA is an energetic fusion of yoga and voguing. The brainchild of Juliet Murrell, a successful set designer in the fashion, film and design industry, VOGA is perfect for those who like the idea of yoga but want a cardio workout without losing the holistic benefits and focus. While yoga reduces stress and increases calm and balance; mentally, emotionally and physically, VOGA answers the cardiovascular demand that ensures healthy heart and expressive soul. It's a fabulously fun way to get fit, toned and flexible, burning calories whilst strengthening mind and body.

San Francisco-based Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants - the original luxury boutique hotel company - has pioneered the concept of unique, distinctive, design-forward hotels since 1981.
The brand first launched in Europe in 2017 with the opening of Kimpton De Witt in Amsterdam. Later Kimpton successfully debuted in the UK with the opening of Kimpton Fitzroy London in 2018 located in London's Bloomsbury neighbourhood. The existing glamour of the building was paired with Kimpton's signature heartfelt service and playful design to bring a new luxury hotel offering to London – casual, inclusive luxury.
Continuing the brand's expansion in key cities, Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel in Edinburgh opened in March 2019 followed by Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel in Glasgow in May 2019.
Kimpton will also open in Manchester later this year followed by Barcelona, Paris in 2020 and Frankfurt in 2023 with more European signings in the pipeline.
