Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Bring Award-Winning Hospitality to UK and Ireland on Annual Sales Mission

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, the leading collection of boutique hotels and restaurants in the USA, welcomed the UK travel trade industry and media to its award-winning service, style and spirit during their annual leisure sales mission this July.

The four-night roadshow saw Kimpton hotel representatives from New York City, Miami, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston and Washington D.C, join a series of informative training sessions with leading tour operators such as Top Flight, Tour America, American Holidays and Virgin Holidays amongst others as well as trade networking events in Ireland and the UK. The delegation kicked off the mission with a series of meetings in Dublin and a hosted evening for trade guests at Chapter One before moving onto London, including an evening of wine and cocktails at The Orange Public House in Pimlico.

During the events, guests were treated to Kimpton's well-renowned hospitality and offered the opportunity to win several prize draws including overnight stays at Kimpton properties as well as the chance to win the brand's signature leopard-print dressing gowns.

Cindy Brewster, Director of International Sales for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants said, “The UK is one of our most important markets and our annual roadshow is essential for the Kimpton Sales team to keep the UK travel industry and media up-to-date on our many expansion plans, and thank this key market for its support and business. We have a number of exciting new developments taking place during 2015/2016 and the Sales Mission provided us with the opportunity to meet with key tour operators, travel agents and media and further develop our relationships with the UK market.”
