Grandparents can spoil their grandchildren in more ways than one this summer thanks to a special �free train travel� offer for children during the Christmas holidays.

From 1 December 2006 through to 28 February 2007, every full fare paying adult who travels on a long-distance train in Queensland can take a child or grandchild, aged 15 or under, with them for free*.

Traveltrain Holidays� �Free Grandkids� deal can be used for travel to some of the most exciting destinations on the Traveltrain network � including Cairns, Townsville, the Whitsundays, the Fraser Coast, Brisbane, Longreach, Charleville and Mt Isa.

The offer covers the following trains and classes: � The Sunlander � Queenslander Class, first class twin compartments, economy seats. � Tilt Trains � business and economy class seats. � Spirit of the Outback � First class twin compartments and economy seats. � The Westlander � First class twin compartments (between Brisbane and Charleville; Brisbane and Roma) and economy seats. � The Inlander � First class twin compartments and economy seats.
