Kenya Is Ready for You

Zaruma Safaris Ltd

Zaruma Safaris has been in operation for the past three years. This looks pretty young, however the hidden fact is that , the team that takes of the day to day running of the company at any one time boasts a total of over 100 combined years of experience. Now tell me, isn't that a milestone?

Yes, that is quite a milestone for us. From the board of directors, tours/travel consultants, naturalist/professional safari guides, support staff, etc we have been passionate about our jobs. The core business for each one of us is to ensure every customer who travels with us gets to enjoy our services and products beyond expectation. This despite that the in tourism and hospitality industry the job is very challenging with the challenges seeming to grow in number each year. We are now more than ever working against unpredictable third to fifth parties, competition, bad weather, challenging terrains, customers from all walks of life, terrorism//insecurity threats, disease outbreak threats, unfavourable business environment, etc.

We at Zaruma Safaris we have learnt over the years to be proactive and adapt quickly to any situation both as individuals or as a team. Last year for example as a country, Kenya found herself waking up or going to sleep with terror or ebola outbreak threats hanging over our heads. We are not sure if that is now(2015) behind us or not but this team wishes to assure the world we know our way an how to stir clear of trouble. Kenya has an area of 580,000 plus  square metres, with varying topography and close to forty two cultural groupings, hence #Magical Kenya. With this in mind we shall soon be re-doing our websites and launching new itineraries which will clearly focus on the safety of the traveller whilst enjoying to the maximum our services and the true African experience.

We thank all those who have chosen to travel with us and our associates abroad in the past three years. Our gratitude is without measure because that support goes a long way:

  • Like creating employment which may in turn support households of four to twenty persons.
  • Protecting our wildlife and conservation areas through the entrance fees paid.
  • Supporting agricultural activities hence ensuring food security in the entire East African region.
  • Helping create an atmosphere for our governments to talk to each other more often a result boosting global peace.

So welcome to our world of safaris, beach holidays, MICE and any activity that brings you to Kenya or the East African region in general. Team Zaruma Safaris will ensure you have a wonderful time and value for money for any service rendered by us.
