Cooking Course

With instruction from our chef, make homemade pasta from scratch and other Italian classics including real Italian gelato.

The course includes the instruction from the chef, all ingredients and lunch/dinner afterwards, recipe notes, the service, prosecco / drinks and finally coffee.   The cooking class is approximately two hours. A specific cooking class for children can be arranged taking into account the age of the children and ability level.

Learn to make your own Chocolate

Take a half day Chocolatier course at World famous Nestle/Perugina chocolate factory – the home of Baci. Option of factory tour afterwards for those who believe too much chocolate is never enough.

Pizza Party!

Learn to make your own pizzas and calzone like a real Italian pizza chef. Then set the fire in an original 16th century wood-fired oven, use the paddle to cook your pizza to perfection and eat al fresco under the Umbrian stars.

Truffle Hunting

Accompany a local truffle hunter and his trusty dog on a Truffle Hunt in the woodlands of the nearby Carmine Estate followed by an Umbrian BBQ in the Carmine estate vineyards.

CASA SAN GABRIEL

Casa San Gabriel is a collection of Umbrian stone farm cottages. It is located in a stunning valley surrounded by ancient olive groves, vineyards, woodlands and a scattering of beautiful Umbrian properties,

The position has been described as “Heaven on Earth” where the views are so good they will steal your attention for hours at a time. In the distance you are able to see as far as the Basilica of San Francesco at Assisi and the mountain ranges of Le Marche.

The cottages have been lovingly restored using traditional methods and materials by the current owners, David and Chrissie, who live in the main farmhouse, with their family. There are 3 separate cottages all designed so each enjoys its own private area and terrace and are positioned to take full advantage of the magnificent views. The cottages sleep between 2 and 5 guests and can sleep 10 in total.

A 14.5 * 4.5 swimming pool sits at the top of the property with a lovely terrace of comfortable sunbeds, large umbrellas for shade and a rose covered pergola.   This is the perfect place to relax and unwind and as you sit here and look down the valley, you will feel like you are on top of the world.

There are 2 ½ acres of private gardens including an olive grove and vegetable gardens.
