Featuring the only Paul McGinley Golf Academy in Europe, Portugal's Quinta do Lago resort is flourishing as one of the continent's leading destinations for children's tuition and the popular family resort has unveiled a new series of Easter junior camps for the school holidays.
The academy has enjoyed a record-breaking period over the last 12 months after doubling the number of youngsters attending its junior golf programme, and will be running a packed schedule of activities for children of all ages and abilities from March 23 to April 10.
Available to juniors aged five to 16 and taking place from Monday to Friday over a three-week period, the daily three-hour sessions can be booked for €165 per person and offer a comprehensive week's coaching in a fun and competitive environment.
As well as featuring tuition on all aspects of the game from the McGinley Academy's team of expert coaches, the junior breaks also include a number of golf-related games and competitions, all golf equipment and practice balls, a free Paul McGinley polo shirt, snacks and water and an array of daily prizes.
A fun-packed morning for youngsters is also guaranteed at Quinta do Lago's Sunday Fun Golf events, which will take place each Sunday from March 29 to April 12. Ideal for kids of all ages, a range of activities and golf challenges can be enjoyed on the academy's driving range before the action switches to Quinta do Lago's new Mini-Golf Course for an exciting tournament with treats.

The course was named 'Europe's Best New Golf Course' at the 2014 World Golf Awards.
• Quinta do Lago South Course – A favourite among European Tour professionals, the South Course calls for accurate drives and precise shots, but rewards players for their efforts with the stunning backdrop of the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Regularly included in Golf World magazine's 'Top 100 Golf Courses in Europe', the par-72 layout has hosted the Portuguese Open on no fewer than eight occasions while it was named 'Best Course in Portugal' at the 2014 World Golf Awards.
• Laranjal – Designed in the grounds of an orange grove, the par-72 course was named as Portugal's Best Golf Course 2011 at the Portuguese Travel Awards, and poses serious tests for players of all abilities.
