The 10th Annual Bermuda Music Festival will swing into town from the 5 9 October this year as a host of internationally acclaimed artists flock to Bermudas shores, including the UKs very own soul sensation, Joss Stone.

Already a tremendous success story in the United States, her voice has outgrown her teenage years and this 18 year old diva from Devon is very much at home playing in front of large audiences. As one of the headline acts at last years Glastonbury Festival and having performed this summer at Live 8, the V Festival and T in the Park, Ms Stone will be making her Bermudian debut as she performs tracks from her two million selling debut release, Soul Sessions, and her critically acclaimed second album, Mind, Body and Soul.

Other global superstars heading up this years star-studded line-up include the legendary vocalist Al Green, one of the first R&B icons whose unmistakeable voice is now a household name, the double Grammy winning singer Patti La Belle, who revolutionised the music scene with her own genre of rhythm and blues, and the gifted instrumentalist Chris Botti, who is sure to dazzle fans at the Royal Naval Dockyard.

The headlining performances will once again take pride of place atop the breathtaking over-the-water stage setting of the Royal Naval Dockyard, where the Atlantic Ocean provides the spellbinding backdrop to the enchanting soundtrack. Guests will also enjoy acts from a range of other artists including singer songwriter Angie Stone, British jazz performer Courtney Pine and the inspirational classical performer Regina Carter.

And if world-class musical performances wasnt enough, visitors to Bermuda will also be able to relax and reinvigorate on one of Bermudas famed pink sand beaches, practice their swing on one of the islands eight golf courses, explore the underwater world of shipwrecks and tropical fish, see where a nature walk through one of the 12 reserves leads you or even treat yourself to a luxury spa treatment. With all this just over seven hours by air from the UK, Bermuda is the perfect place to unwind, far from the urban jungle of home.
