Jet Airways Scoops Another Accolade As It Is Voted One Of The Worlds Top Three Airlines By Cond Nast

Jet Airways

At a ceremony at New Yorks Public Library recently, Cond Nast Traveler in the US (one of the worlds leading high end travel magazines) announced that Jet Airways has been voted as one of the top three airlines in the world in its 2008 Readers Choice Awards survey.

Jet Airways, Indias leading international airline, launched a North American service last summer from Mumbai and Delhi to New Yorks JFK and Newark airports adding Toronto Pearson International and San Francisco International airports within the past year.

Upon hearing of the Cond Nast Traveler selection, Naresh Goyal Chairman and Founder of Jet Airways expressed his delight, saying: When we started transatlantic service, one of my goals was to be recognized as one of the worlds top airlines within 5 years. Within only 18 months, readers of Cond Nast Traveler one of the worlds most prestigious magazines have reached that conclusion. It is extremely gratifying that our dedication to quality and excellence has been recognized so quickly in the North American market. We will continue to devote all our energies to exceeding expectations and ensuring the best travel experience for all passengers.

Jet Airways, the only airline to fly from India with luxury first class private suites, is fast being recognised for its quality and service with recent awards by the UKs consumer magazine, Which?, awarding it second best airline in the world; TTG Asia, awarding Jet Airways the Best Domestic Airline accolade in its 2008 travel awards and Business Traveller Magazine awarding Jet Best Indian Airline at the annual awards.
