Local tourism identities are eager to learn when it comes Japan - one of the region�s most valuable and vibrant visitor markets.

This Thursday 24 March at 10 am, 40 sales and marketing professionals have registered to attend ATEC north Queensland�s Japanese Jukunen Research presentation. This forum will provide a valuable insight into the recent research undertaken by ATEC�s Japan Policy Panel.

Results of the research program will be delivered by Yoshimi Kobayashi, director inbound of Jalpak � one of Australia�s largest inbound tour operations specializing in the Japanese market. Ms Kobayashi was also a member of the Japan Policy Panel.

This presentation will be followed by a 15 minute market update by Tourism Tropical North Queensland�s Japan sales manager, Haruhiko (Harry) Nihori.

The event will take place at Hilton Cairns in the Beaches Meeting Rooms from 10 am.
