James Sommerin Is Set To Bring Some Michelin Starred Culinary Magic To The Christmas Edition Of The Dewsall Supper Club

Dewsall Court

On Thursday 19th December 2013, Herefordshire's definitive countryside celebration house, Dewsall Court, is thrilled to be welcoming James Sommerin to bring some festive sparkle to the Christmas installment of their well-established Supper Club. James has held his Michellin star since 2007 and shot into the public eye when he represented Wales on the BBC's Great British Menu back in 2009.

Guests will enjoy welcome drinks in the hall by the roaring log fire, before moving through to dine in the opulent, oragery style conservatory that will be decorated in true Dewsall festive spirit.

The evening of great wine and gastronomic indulgence will include a six course dinner cooked up by James in the Dewsall kitchen. The menu has been artistically designed around local seasonal ingredients and will be stylishly presented with options such as "Pheasant boudin, Smoked bacon, sweetcorn and wild mushroom" and "Venison, turnip, celeriac, chocolate"

On Supper Club evenings, Dewsall becomes an 'Open House' where guests can book individual rooms at very reasonable rates - essential if planning to sample the specially chosen wine list and Chase distillery cocktails! Each of Dewsall's ten bedrooms have their own unique and stunning interiors as well as a feature bathroom.

Tickets for the James Sommerin Supper Club are priced at £55. Rooms are priced at £125 per person, which includes the price of the Supper Club and a locally sourced cooked breakfast the following morning. To make a reservation head to www.dewsall.com/supper-club
