Western Sydney’s hip, revitalised entertainment precinct on Cricketer’s Arms Road Prospect is revving up for a busy Valentines night with some quirky and fun options for celebrating the day cupid comes a calling.
‘We’re looking forward to delivering Valentine’s dates with a difference for guests that are staying at Atura and for those coming to dine in our Roadhouse Bar & Grill,’ said Joel Gordon, Atura Blacktown’s General Manager.
Atura Blacktown’s Valentine’s friendly packages include ‘Date Night’ and ‘Time Warp’. In typical Atura style, the quirky ‘Date Night’ package puts the fun into romance with a cheeky dollop of cream on top. Along with a late check-out, guests will receive a $60 Roadhouse Bar and Grill credit, breakfast for two the next day plus an in-room treat of two tequila shots, lime, salt and strawberries with whipped cream – all for just $244.
Another popular option for couples staying at Atura Blacktown is the ‘Timewarp’ package, which includes accommodation in the hotel’s funky New York loft-inspired rooms, breakfast for two the next day and two tickets to the Skyline Drive In for $179. At the drive in guests can choose to watch the latest releases screening from the comfort of their car, from the ‘Happy Days’ styled diner or under the stars in one of the drive in’s Gold Grass deck chairs.
Couples looking for a great place for a dinner for two will not be disappointed at Atura Blacktown’s popular Roadhouse Bar & Grill restaurant. The restaurant will have a Valentine’s Day inspired three course menu with a complimentary glass of bubbly for $55 per person.
Members of the Atura Blacktown’s loyalty programme (Priority Guest Rewards), will also be treated to a bottle of sparkling for stays on Valentine’s Day. The loyalty programme is free to join and members receive benefits including discounts on accommodation and food and beverage. The Priority Guest Rewards program is also available at Rydges Hotels &Resorts, QT Hotels & Resorts and Art Series Hotels.
At the nostalgic Skyline Drive In, adjacent to Atura Blacktown, moviegoers will be treated to a screening of the popular romantic favourite - The Notebook. The Notebook starts at 8.40pm with a special offer of only $25 per car - for as many people as your car can fit (legally)! Gates open at 5.30pm and guests are encouraged to arrive early to secure a good car space and have time to enjoy the fun of the drive in’s ‘Happy Days’ inspired diner.
Champagne cocktails with a kiss of strawberry and a splash of cointreau are on the menu this Valentine’s Day at the quaint, heritage listed Royal Cricketer's Arms pub. These Strawberry Kiss cocktails are a great way to start your evening off for $9 each before heading to dinner or a drive in movie, they won't break the bank either.

About Royal Cricketers Arms
The Royal Cricketers Arms was built in the late 1870’s and was first operated by James Manning and Agnes Neeves in 1880. Over time it has seen a number of different businesses operate out of the property such as a grocery, iron monger, butcher, tea room and dairy farm. Today the Royal Cricketers Arms has kept its old–world charm and homely atmosphere which blends pleasantly into its rural setting. Now offering a variety of home-style dishes and a selection of drinks, it makes for a great lunch, dinner or just social drinks.
