The 5-course dinner menu features starters like Scallop Carpaccio and Pan-fried Foie Gra. The main courses highlight Confit Australian Lamb Neck and Grilled Australian Beef Tenderloin. With the comprehensive dinner ending with Raspberry Dark Chocolate Bar with Fromage Blanc Sorbet and Wild Berry Coulis, all dishes are deliberately paired with selected wines from Geoff Merrill Wine & Kanonkop Estate.
