Seven Wonders of the Weald

We are looking for editors or freelance writers who are interested in joining us to visit some of the best gardens and attractions in Kent as part of the �Seven Wonders of the Weald� press tour on Friday 4 September 2009.

The tour includes a visit to �Merriments Gardens� which currently has the most spectacular late summer colour in its gardens.

The Seven Wonders are: Merriments Gardens, Bewl Water, Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest, Marle Place, Scotney Castle, Finchcocks Musical Museum and Sissinghurst Castle. The attractions are all located within 10 minutes� drive of each other around the A21 on the Kent/Sussex border.

Itinerary

10:30 Arrive at Merriments Gardens (tea and coffee) 10:45 Tour round Merriments Gardens 12:00 Arrive at Bedgebury for lunch and a tour (with walk or forest bike ride) 14:30 Arrive at Marle Place for garden tour 15:45 Arrive at Bewl Water to see the new activities and enjoy a boat trip 17:00 Finish

A press pack will be available with information and products from the attractions including a complementary annual Seven Wonders family visitor pass worth over �200.
