UKinbound, the trade association representing the interests of the UK's inbound tourism sector, would like to invite you to Discover Wales at the Marriott Hotel in Cardiff on 3 – 4 October.

UKinbound has designed the Discover Programme to:

·         take more event and networking opportunities out of London

·         inform and educate its members on the products and services offered within the regions

·         to help foster and develop business relationships with the regions and some of the key industry buyers

The Discover Wales event will be attracting over 40 suppliers and approximately 40 buyers, both UKinbound members and overseas buyers from Europe and is looking to be the biggest Discover Programme to date. These half day events have been an unprecedented success and offer a mixture of pre-arranged B2B meetings and networking opportunities. More information about the event can be found at http://www.ukinbound.org/events/regional-discover-workshops/discover-wales.

All media are invited to attend the event free of charge, which also includes evening entertainment and a Welsh Banquet at Cardiff Castle, but are required to register beforehand. Media guests are also invited to extend their stay for associated familiarisation visits the next day. 

Media travelling from London can apply for complimentary return train travel to Cardiff from London Paddington courtesy of First Great Western and Visit Wales will be  able to offer overnight accommodation on 3rd October and any other elements outlined in the familiarisation visit itineraries (subject to approval and availability).
